My wife and I spent some $174 for two tickets to the Blue Men in Manhattan at the Astor ? Theatre. First off, the threatre was a dump! Secondly, the Blue Men weren't Blue ... they wore dirty brown suits (pants and pull over shirts) with blue grease paint on their heads. Thirdly, it was the most adolescent, childish display of these Guys munching Cap'n Crunch cereal, then spitting it out all over the stage ... as if that were hilariously funny.
The rest of the show, including the rolls of simulated toilet paper being pulled from strategically placed holders on the balcony was just as non-funny as the spitting of cereal. This can only appeal to those between 8 and 18 years old - and I;'m not certain that even teenagers would find this entertaining.
The cost is excessive and the show is in exceptionally poor taste - and is an insult to the original Blue Men who advertised on TV for Intel.
